Korean Confederation of Trade Unions members vote in the confederation’s leadership election at the Hankyoreh’s offices in Seoul’s Mapo district, Dec. 4. This is the confederation’s 8th election, but the first time that the leadership will be directly elected. In the past, KCTU used a delegation vote system. Voters can chose from four tickets.
